1) Do you have Physical Store?

Yes, we have exquisite collection of gems at our outlet in Jaipur (Gemstone Manufacturing Hub) by name of "Shubham Gems" near Johari Bazaar and another shop outlet is in Mumbai by name of "Hiya Gems" near Zaveri Bazaar.  

 

2) Do you take Custom and personalized orders?

* Ordered items mentioning "MADE TO ORDER" will take minimum 10 Days production time and 2-3 days processing time to dispatch and hand over the shipment to the courier company. 

* We offer custom orders in any gemstone of your choice. Our production time for these orders is 10 days. If you have a specific gemstone or design in mind, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

4) Are your sizing details are accurate? 

At most care is taken for all the stones' sizes and weight and as per the beads market standard we are not responsible for sizing difference up to 0.80mm, however sizes mentioned are at most accurate. 

 

5) Do you offer Wholesale discounts?

6)  Which countries do you ship your items?

We ship Internationally (from India) through DHL Express and UPS shipping services. Please see the Shipping policy for full details.

 

7) Will I need to pay custom fees/taxes?

International buyers may have to pay additional taxes and fees enforced by your home country, depending on your local customs regulations and the price of the item(s) purchased. These fees are not included in our shipping fees. Upon checkout, you will be charged only for the cost of the purchased items and their shipping (if the order is not eligible for free shipping).
